Advanced Expo Solutions successfully handles registration another year at the Vera Bradley Outlet Sale for 2011. Over 43,000 people registered in advance of the show with another 10,000 on-site. Advanced Expo Solutions processed all on-line credit card payments and bar code confirmation printing along with individual coupons. Two record days in a row – 16,000 on Thursday and 18,000 on Friday…all handled by Advanced Expo Solutions registration.
Scores of computers and printers were on-site to handle all walk up registrations and reprints. Self serve kiosks were utilized to minimize staffing. We heard repeatedly ‘how quick and easy it was’ and ‘that was simple’.
